The supervisory process is an enriching process that promotes ethical practice, self-reflection and continuous learning.

  • Creative

We use a creative and embodied approach to supervision that allows you to consider your work from different perspectives.

  • Reflective

Through reflection on your clinical work we help you deepen your clinical skills, explore personal and professional challenges, and cultivate self-awareness.

A creative approach to supervision

We offer a creative embodied approach to supervision where you can explore your work with others using your body, movement, and a range of creative arts media alongside talking. This helps you to deepen your understanding of your clinical work by engaging with unconscious processes. In this way you can gain new insights. Using this approach you can reflect on your clients’ needs and the dynamics within the work, untangle complex feelings in relation to the work, look at the relationship between your personal material and the therapeutic process, and explore possible directions for development.
