Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy can be considered as healing of the soul, from the Greek words Psyche (soul) and Therapeia (healing).
It is a process of healing the innermost parts of ourselves to create possibilities for change.
There are many approaches to psychotherapy,
We offer a humanistic, integrative, creative approach to Psychotherapy which allows you to explore your relationship with yourself and others using both verbal and non-verbal means.
Supervision
Supervision gives you the space to reflect on and explore your work with others from a range of perspectives.
Through this process you can gain insight into the complexities and dynamics of your clinical work.
This enables best possible practice.
We offer a reflective, creative, embodied approach to supervision.
Retreats and Personal Development Groups
MAPTHY offers regular ongoing retreats and personal development groups.
These are opportunities for you to take some time to connect with yourself and others, be creative, explore new possibilities, and find hidden resources.
Professional Development
